Understanding what people enjoy

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand visits, referring websites, campaigns, and broad device and location information. We also measure episode starts, preview listens, listening milestones, completions, playback errors, and clicks to podcast platforms. These measurements help us understand how the website is used.

This website uses cookie-free analytics. We do not add advertising pixels or session recordings. Our custom listening events contain episode identifiers and playback information, rather than names or email addresses. Analytics and performance measurement are skipped when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control.

Keeping the website working

Vercel hosts this website. Speed Insights measures loading speed and responsiveness. Hosting and audio providers also process ordinary connection information, such as IP addresses and browser details, to deliver their services.

Playing an episode

Episode audio is delivered by Riverside, the podcast's hosting provider. Pressing play requests audio from that provider and may contribute to its podcast listening statistics. A preview plays the first 60 seconds of the same episode; it is not a separate trailer.

If you open Spotify, Apple Podcasts, or another external service, that service's own privacy practices apply.
