I have like probably like five core memories I of like all of my siblings living in the house at once. Like I don't have that many. I have like a handful because I have a good amount of siblings. they're a lot of them are older than me. They leave the house. That's how life works.
But I have like a few where we're all doing the same activity. And one of them is because we were all sick at the same time except Emily, which is hilarious. So literally like my mom and dad were also sick. Like it was like something that took down the house, which is also I think, and I was a kid, like a baby, like a kid, but I remember it. And like this is also why I think when I'm sick, I want community.
Yeah. Like I just remember being sick often because we have so many siblings, you're getting each other sick all the time. I just remember not It was very rare that like only one of us was sick. And so we were all sick. was the only one not, and she had to take care of all of us. And we were all in the living room and we had like a box TV with like a V CR in it.

but I just had so many different things going on and one of those was like helping my friend do something, like a project in the morning. And he's, you know, the one who has the coffee company. He has the he has a farm of of trees and fruit trees and different things. And I was like, well, I don't know if I'm gonna be able to come over and do that. So everyone's like updating pictures of all of a sudden I see pictures from I was like, there's Evi like I knew you were with them and like hanging out with them.

He offered to give you a tour, like No pressure at all, just like in case you wanted to do something.
And to me, I'm like, that kind of like is just like fun. Like I've done this with other people a bunch. So it's like, yeah, we'll do it. And I'm like, okay, great. Cool. Ten a.m. work, great. I like go to the hotel. I like pick them up. Or I'm like, she's like, Do you are you coming with us? I was like, no, yeah, definitely. I would definitely be coming with you. I'm pulling up, like, I'm getting ready to go.
And I'm like, this is ridiculous. I'm just gonna go and say hello to these people for the first time in years and then take them to my friend's house. Like, why am I doing this? Like, it'll be fine once we're there. It'll be fine with her there. We get there. I'm like, hi, like, you know, hugs all around. It's long time to see. I don't even want to know how long it's been at this point. They're all lovely.
They get into the car. I'm like, yeah, f follow me to the farm. I'm just like, so like, yeah, so he has a business and like this is what he runs it out of. Cool, right? It's just like awkward as fuck. It's just like No one's quite sure why we're there.

And in my heart of hearts, I knew this is what I was doing. And I'm like, why did I do this? Like, I know that like this is on me. And this is just like my regular life. This is what I would be doing if they weren't there.

Hilarious. It was a crazy it was a crazy Saturday for me. I gave your family maybe a unwanted tour of someone's house and then I wrapped a friend's birthday gift. I went and ran a five K for my friend's birthday, that she put together. She like created this five K, got us all printed medals for us all, like all for her birthday celebration. And then we all went to a restaurant but we all needed to like change.
So we went to the beach and we jumped in the ocean and then like changed at the at the beach into different clothes. So I was like I was like forever wet in a way, like always damp. You know? And then went to a a restaurant that I'd never heard of that I would never I would never be able to find on my own. and had like the best Mafango I've ever had. But we were there for like four hours because it was like, you know, a huge group.

And the question was so you hear a lot of times when people have kids, when people become moms and dads, mommies and daddies, that they put things on hold when they have kids.
What have you put on hold and when do you when do you plan to s take it up again?
Hm. I don't know if things are on hold so much as like just permanently changed. Okay. Like I'm like it's not like I'm like waiting to pick anything in particular back up. But I don't know. That's a very interesting thought. Here's my my immediate thought was work and working out. Work. I also I like stepped down from my position I was in when I got pregnant. So already that was always gonna be different whether or not I was a mom.
But like I'm still like figuring out what type of work I want to do. Like full time or part time or how I wanna make a career. So I wouldn't say it's like on hold because it was different from before I had the baby. But like it's definitely like a longer process with a baby. So I'm like it currently picking it back up, I guess, or figuring it out. Like, cause they like the the problem of what to do was put on hold.
And now I'm like, okay, now it's time to solve that. Mm. So that I guess answers it. And then working out is like You definitely put that on pause and then you like slowly pick it back up as you feel good.
